Info on the bomb

well as you can see to the right this is what the bomb looked like , the shape.

so as you can see here there are layers in the bomb the diffrent layes do diifrent things like raditon and explosives

Here some of the reasons that they chose where to drop the bomb

- first in consideration was that they had to be semi close but more than 3 miles in distance , and then was that they were very highly populated areas

- one of the other things that it had to be kind of lightly attacked in the war

History of Nagasaki

Originally founded for a small port town very quickly grew into a very diverse city.Many Portuguese items grew in to this city ever since 1571 when Portuguese ships landed . This city enjoyed just a little bit of historical part. And one of the big parts of Nagasaki history is when it was bombed in world war two .

The curent population of Nagasaki is about 1,500,000 people

Nagasaki , the target of an atomic bomb in world war two.On August 9 , 1945 an atomic bomb struck Nagasaki
at 11:02 A.M. , it had hit the northern end of the city and instantly killed 40,000 people . And later it was said that around 75,000 people died , not including the people affected by nuclear fallout and other effects of the bomb. After World War Two the city of Nagasaki was rebuilt.
Many of the things that were destroyed when the bomb was droped were rebuild in a newer fashion such as churches temples etc.
